Paçoquita Ice Cream Pudding

INGREDIENTES:
Cork Paçoquitas (8 for the recipe and others for coverage)
700ml milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 boxes of condensed milk
3 boxes of heavy cream
4 egg yolks
200 grams of chopped milk chocolate
MODO DE PREPARO:
Separate a saucepan and a bowl, in the saucepan place a part of the milk and in the bowl smear the 8 Cork Paçoquitas, after that throw the crumbled Paçoquitas next to the milk in the saucepan mixing well.
In another bowl place another part of the milk and cornstarch and then mix in the saucepan together with the first ingredients.
Add the egg yolks, condensed milk, heavy cream and mix well over low heat until it reaches a creamy consistency.
Place the mixture in a pudding form and leave for 6 hours in the refrigerator.
Melt the chocolate and spread on top of the pudding.
Scratch a few more Cork Paçoquitas to give the perfect finish.
