Coffee Cake with Paçoquita

Creamy Paçoquita
Cork Paçoquita
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar.
2 cups cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup oil
1 cup of coffee (pasted very strong)
2 cups of wheat flour
1 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1 box of heavy cream
270 gr chocolate
MODO DE PREPARO:
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, cocoa powder and stir a lot, then add the melted butter, oil, coffee and keep stirring well.
Add the wheat flour until it gains a firmer consistency, put the baking powder in, stir once more and throw the mixture in a round shape.
Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and cut the dough in half to fill.
For the padding, add the Creamy Paçoquita and the heavy cream in a saucepan and heat until it gains a consistent shape, spread the padding in the middle of the cake and complete with the top.
For the topping, melt the chocolate, spread on top of the cake and finish with Cork Paçoquitas crumbled.
