Santa Helena Paçoquita Cheesecake

Cork Paçoquita
200g cornstarch biscuit
100g butter
400g cream cheese
350g fresh heavy cream
1 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
500g chocolate
MODO DE PREPARO:
In a bowl, place the crushed cornstarch biscuit, the crumbled Cork Paçoquita and the butter, mixing well.
Then take the mixture to a pie shape, filling the entire bottom and taking it to the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar and vanilla essence, stirring everything with a mixer.
As soon as the mixture gains consistency, bring to shape with the initial dough and fill it completely.
Return to the refrigerator for another 40 minutes and, when removing, unshake, cut into triangular pieces and stick popsicle sticks to its base.
In a third bowl, place the already melted chocolate and immerse the piece, finishing with crumbled Paçoquita.
