Santa Helena Chocolate and Peanut Mousse

INGREDIENTES:
2 cups roasted and granulated Peanuts
400g chopped milk chocolate
1 can heavy cream
3 snow whites
MODO DE PREPARO:
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
The first step is to melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
Then put in the heavy cream and peanuts and mix it all together.
Add the snow whites gently and stir gently so that they blend together and provide the aerated texture of the mousse.
Then place in individual cups and refrigerate for firming.
Finally, add some crushed peanuts on top and give it that special touch. ♥
