Paçoquita Santa Helena Tsunami Cake

INGREDIENTES:
FOR THE DOUGH
5 Cork Paçoquitas
240ml milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar.
2 cups wheat flour
1 tablespoons baking powder
100ml oil
FOR THE PADDING
5 Crumbled Paçoquitas
1 carton of condensed milk
200ml heavy cream
240ml milk
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
MODO DE PREPARO:
To start, place the eggs, oil, sugar in a blender and beat until they form a very clear and homogeneous dough .
Then add the Paçoquita, the milk, the wheat flour and beat until you mix everything.
Turn off the blender, add the yeast and beat a little, just to mix.
Line two round shapes with parchment paper and pour this mixture into them.
Bake in the oven at 180ºC for 45 minutes.
In a saucepan, place the condensed milk and cornstarch and stir until dissolved well, then place the crumbled Paçoquita, the heavy cream, the milk and let it cook on the medium/low heat, stirring always, until creamy.
Turn off the heat and wait for it to cool down completely.
Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool and wrap a strip of acetate around it.
Now pour some of the cream into a cake, put the other half on top and pour in all the rest of the cream.
Finally, just put some crumbled Paçoquita on top and that’s it, just remove the acetate on top and the tsunami will happen. 😋
