Santa Helena Peanut Pavé

INGREDIENTES:
1 packet of Maria biscuit
6 tablespoons powdered chocolate
Roasted and crushed peanuts for garnish
PEANUT BUTTER
1 cup skinless roasted peanuts
2 cans of condensed milk
1 box heavy cream
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin powder
MODO DE PREPARO:
Start by making the cream: just mix the condensed milk, peanuts, heavy cream and dissolved gelatin in the blender (according to the instructions on the package) until it forms a very homogeneous cream.
Then, in a medium form, put a layer of this cream, a little peanut, a layer of Maria biscuit sprinkled with chocolate powder and cream again until the ingredients are finished (finish with cream on top).
Now just cover it, take it to the refrigerator for two hours, decorate with crushed peanuts and you can eat it.
