Santa Helena Peanut Shrimp

INGREDIENTES:
200g roasted and granulated peanuts
900g fresh clean shrimp
100ml coconut milk
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
Garlic and onion seasoning
MODO DE PREPARO:
First, in a roasting bag, place the roasted and granulated peanuts, shrimp, coconut milk, ginger, and garlic and onion seasoning and gently mix with your hands. Bake at 180ºC for approximately 40 minutes.
Then pour this delicious mixture into a platter, add some roasted and granulated peanuts on top, and serve with rice and broccoli. Hmmm, delicious. ♥
