For us at Santa Helena, time is a friend, an ally that increases our knowledge and makes our products increasingly tasty and irresistible. From Ribeirão Preto to the world, we are the largest peanut products industry in Brazil. Since 1942 we have brought joy and flavor through quality products, always concerned with maintaining the good origin of all the raw material we use. The result? When you think of peanut butter, everyone thinks of Paçoquita, just as when you think of Japanese peanuts everyone remembers Mendorato. These products have already become synonymous with category, a great national and international recognition that reflects our strict quality control, in addition to the desire to surprise each of our customers and consumers day after day!

Transparency and Equal Pay Report
Regarding the publication of the Transparency and Equal Pay Report, it is worth clarifying:
- According to our Internal Remuneration Policy, the company does not pay different salaries to people who perform the same function, regardless of race, gender and age.
- The company also uses several internal policies and programs to value people, and is committed to its Board of Directors to maintain and monitor fair remuneration policies in line with the best market practices, which have accredited Santa Helena, eight times, as one of the best companies to work for (elected by employees).
- We reinforce that we fully comply with the provisions of article 461 of the CLT (Confederation of Labor Laws), having no distinction of salaries in the same CBO (Brazilian Register of Occupations).
